Events Northern Ltd are committed to producing bespoke conferences and events to the highest quality which surpass the expectations of client and attendees. We go the extra mile to deliver engaging events which inspire, provoke action and deliver results.
Since setting up the company in 2004 Events Northern Ltd have produced numerous conferences ranging from focus groups for 10 people through to conferences for over 1,200 people, as well as outdoor public music concerts and sporting events for up to 6,000 visitors, plus gala dinners and awards, road shows, exhibitions and golf tournaments.
Events Northern Ltd has developed a niche producing conferences for and on behalf of the health sector. Although we do not work exclusively in this field we have produced numerous events around issues including physical activity, nutrition, wellbeing, alcohol, men’s health, smoking and many other public health issues.
We are particularly passionate about producing stimulating, informative and high quality conferences and seminars. Exhibitors, workshops/parallel sessions and networking opportunities are often incorporated as an integral part of the programme.
Events Northern Ltd are at the forefront of conference technologies and often utilise elements such as barcode registration and check in systems, voting systems, feedback/questions via text message to the main screens, interactive touch screen kiosks, podcasts, webinars (a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the Web), digital signage and so forth. Events Northern Ltd is currently developing further software and technology which will change the future of conferences and meetings.
We can also advise you on cutting edge technologies and special effects to really make an impact such as unique brainstorming technology, architectural projection and 3D technologies.
We also enjoy integrating social media within our events allowing conversations, connections and discussions to create a wider buzz around the event and to reach out to new audiences.
We strive to minimise the environmental impact of our events. We encourage venues to develop tasty but healthy menus and use local produce in line with Healthy Catering Guidelines. We regularly bring in active walking routes for delegates and also provide detailed instructions outlining how to travel to the event using public transport.
When appropriate we have also included more unusual elements such as laughter therapy, magic, film, poetry, art, music and alternative therapies to break down barriers between delegates.
